Informed Land Survey performed construction staking for Rainier Court IV.  The building is part of a combined development project along Rainier Ave S in the Mt. Baker neighborhood of Seattle. It includes a 73,065 sf, 4-story mixed use apartment building containing 81 units of affordable senior housing and 2,676 sf of commercial space.
